Chef Kingsley’s expertise in catering derives from his over three decades worth of experience, which began with an apprenticeship and led onto professional development in some of London’s top restaurants as well as owning his own restaurant. His talent, creativity and determination as a chef have earned him respect and praise amongst his peers and success wherever he is based. He thrives on the opportunities the industry offers to create interesting menus and prepare delectable dishes of English, African, Caribbean and International cuisine.
